Mark J. DiPietro

Mark has practiced as a patent attorney for over thirty years before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and in support of the ligation of intellectual property matters.  Mark has extensive experience in the areas of pharmaceuticals, materials science, semiconductor fabrication and the chemical arts, including polymer technology, polymer catalyst, polymerization, polymer physics, polymer composition, fiber, film and thermoformed and blow molded containers, in surfactants, instrumental analysis, fine chemicals and biotechnology, and in electrical and mechanical arts.

Mark also has significant experience in inter partes contested matters including contested reissues, interferences and appeals to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
